How do I open an account with Stsbet.co.uk? 

Registration can be done using the form available after clicking the "JOIN" button at the top of the page. All required fields must be filled for the account to be properly created. Before registration, we recommend you to read our Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

I have forgotten my username or password.

To reset your password, click “Log in” on the top of the page and then “Forgot password?” on the bottom of the window that pops up. Enter your email address and check your inbox - you will receive instructions on how to reset your password.

I want to close my account.

You can close your Stsbet.co.uk account by contacting our Online Support on chat or via email support@stsbet.co.uk.

How can I verify my STS account?

Unless you are automatically verified by our system, you have to provide a photo/scan of your current and readable ID and a proof of address. You should upload documents to your STS account.

Where can I upload documents to be verified?

For security reasons, all documents should always be sent directly to the player's account. You should add photos or scans of documents on our website stsbet.co.uk by going to My Profile > Documents or via the direct link: https://www.stsbet.co.uk/faq#/account/my-profile/documents

Can I have more than one account with STS?

No. You can have only one STS account with your personal data assigned to this account on stsbet.co.uk.

It is strictly forbidden for the Player to register another (duplicate) Account - only one Account per person is permitted. Holding more than one Account is known as multi-accounting and is strictly prohibited and should be deemed as fraudulent, regardless of whether the duplicate Account is registered under the Player’s own details, details of a third party or false details. STS reserves the right to close all multiple accounts at any time. If STS has reasonable grounds to consider that fraud has been committed, it reserves the right to cancel any related transaction, bonus or any other promotion without prejudice to any other action. 

I cannot log into my STS account.

How can I change the email address on my STS account?

You can contact us via mail support@stsbet.co.uk or on chat providing us with your new email address and we will be able to assist you. We will proceed to the verification process asking you for some of your STS account details.

How can I change my STS account details?

You can change your mobile number and address on your account by going to My profile > Edit profile. Please contact us via mail support@stsbet.co.uk or on live chat regarding any other STS account details changes.

Can I play outside the UK?

No. Our services are available only for UK residents.

I have an account on a Polish STS website - can I play in UK?

No. Sts.pl and stsbet.co.uk are separate services operated by two different companies and licensed by two different entities. To play in the UK, you need to create an account on www.stsbet.co.uk.
