Football

Bets on football matches are accepted for the regular time (90 minutes and injury time added), unless otherwise stated. If the betting outcome hits the total or handicap, the bet is refunded. If such a bet is involved in a combination bet, the odds for it become 1.00. A second yellow card for the same player is considered to be both – yellow and red.

Statistics like shots on goal, corners etc, are based on the number of statistics during the 90 minutes and injury time according to UEFA official information on its website. As for national competitions, statistical data is used from national competition’s official websites.

The result 0:0 is considered an even score.

"Who will advance further in the tournament?" Criteria by order: stage, place in a group, number of points, goal difference, goals scored.

First Goalscorer/Last Goalscorer Bets will be settled according to which player scores the First Goal of the match. In the event that the selected player does not start the match and enters the field of play before the first goal scorer market has been won, bets placed on that player in this market will stand. Any unlisted players will count as winners should they score the first goal of the match. In the event that the only goal of the match is an own goal, the No Goalscorer selection will be settled as a winner. If the selection comes on after the first goal already scored, the bets on first player to score on this selection will be void.

Interval Betting Bets on specific timeframes/intervals, such as Match Result/Goals Scored/Corners/etc After xx Minutes, will only take into consideration outcomes and occurrences relevant for the specified timeframe/interval. Other events and occurrences that happened outside the specified timeframe will not be taken into consideration for settlement purposes. For the purposes of these markets, the occurrence is considered to have happened when and if it is executed, not when awarded by the referee. For example, settlement of Time of First Corner will only take into consideration when the corner is actually kicked. If the action need to be re-taken, bets will be settled with the outcome achieved from the re-taken action.

Cards.

If in the course of the match two yellow cards are issued against the player resulting in a red card being issued against the player, both yellow and red cards shall be counted. (Maximum card count per player is 3).

Only cards shown to players currently on the pitch will count. Cards shown to managers or players on the bench at the time of receiving the card do not count. Any card shown after the full time whistle will be disregarded.

Corners.

 Only corners that are taken will count. If a corner is re-taken, it will only count as one corner.

Run of play: In this type of bet, the leading team is considered to be the team which scores the first goal of the game. The change of the leading team during the game does not influence the way the bets are calculated.

Basketball

All outcomes are defined according to the final score, including any overtimes, unless there is an offer to bet on a draw after regular time. When there is an offer to bet on a draw after regular time, the main outcomes (1, X, 2, 1X, 2X, 12) in such match are defined by the regular time (without overtimes).

All other kinds of bets, including the bets on statistical data, are defined by full time (including all overtimes). If a team gets a technical foul prior to the start of a match (for ex. the basket is broken, the team is trying to delay the match, there is a fight between players and in result there is a technical foul, etc.), bets on 'First to scores’ are still valid.

In cases where an overtime is played, not because of the regular time result being a draw, but because it is required by tournament regulations, all bets are settled according to regular time result. As for bets on player performances in such a match, all bets are settled including over-time.

Wagering is available on the performance of a named basketball player in a variety of achievements e.g. points, rebounds, assists, blocks, free throws, etc. Markets will be settled according to game stats from the respective official competition site published on the day of the game. Relevant players must see court-time for bets to have action. Overtime counts for any player props unless specified otherwise. If player does not see any court-time, bets on such player’s markets will be void.

Specifically for in-play bets; if, after placing a bet, the selected player does not see any further court-time, bets will be void.

Individual player's performances are matched for betting purposes in a player match-up. Handicaps may be used and are applied to each player's actual score to determine the result.

3x3, Streetball and Big3 match versions of the sport, settlement will be based on official competition rules. Where a match starts but is not completed, bets will be void unless the specific market outcome is already determined.

Baseball, American Football

Bets on these sports are accepted for the entire match time (including overtimes) if it isn‘t stated otherwise. In Baseball, bets on totals and handicaps are accepted for the entire time of the event (including overtimes). If the result including the handicap is a draw or if the total is hit, the bet is refunded. If such an outcome is in a combination bet, then the odds for this bet is 1.00.

All bets will subsequently be settled according to the official results

Bets involving handicaps and totals are settled according to the entire match time. If the result including handicap is tied or the total is hit, the bet is refunded. If the bet is included in a combination, the odds are turned into 1.00. If it’s a match between teams (like Davis Cup) and one or more players are not participating in a match and are replaced by others, the bets remain valid.

If it’s a doubles match and one of the players is not participating in the match and is substituted by another player, the bets on this match are refunded (odds turn into 1.00). If in the moment of betting there are no certain players announced, the bets remain valid. If the match format changes (for ex. 2 sets instead of 3), the bets on such match are refunded (odds are turned into 1.00.

In case the match is not fully completed due to player’s early retirement (for example due to the injury), the bets on the winner of the match are voided and refunded. The bets on the statistics of the match (aces, double faults, serve speed and similar), which are not known (or are affected) until the early retirement, are voided and refunded. In case a player, who started the tournament, withdraws due to an injury or any other reason, all bets related to their performance in the tournament remain valid.

Surface data is of informative nature, so if it changes, the bets remain valid. If one of the participants doesn’t complete the match, only the outcomes of the games played remain valid, and in the option of interpretation of the winner of the competitions, the winning is paid only taking into consideration the effective technical victory. Bets with other betting outcomes are canceled. If one of the participants didn‘t start in the match (disqualification, injury, etc.), the odds for the match are turned into 1.00. In all such cases bets are refunded (odds are turned into 1.00).

  • Single Bet: Bet voided and we will refund the stake.
  • Multiple Bets: If the selection is part of a multiple, we settle the bet as the next

accumulative bet down, e.g. a treble becomes a double. For accumulators, we settle bets on the remaining selections. This also applies to each individual combination in a combination bet, such as Lucky 15 or a Yankee.

Rule 4s

We apply Rule 4 as set out in the Tattersalls Committee Rules on Betting when there is a non-runner. Our deductions are as follows:

undefined

Price at withdrawal Deduction (in the £). Price at withdrawal Deduction (in the £).

Place Betting

We offer 2, 3 or 4 place betting, depending on the number of runners and whether the race is a ‘Handicap’ race or not. We aim to mirror the number of place terms offered on the each-way market. Unlike each-way betting, where the place terms depend on the conditions of the race at the off, Place Only bets ‘stick’ at the time of placement, so you get whatever terms were available when you placed your bet.. Rule 4 applies to place betting markets also, where there are non-runners. The deduction corresponds to the price of the withdrawn horse at the time of withdrawal:

undefined

Deductions will not exceed 90p in the £ if 2 or more horses are withdrawn.

Dead Heats

We treat dead heats by dividing the stake pro-rata by the number of dead-heating runners. For example, stakes are halved on a 2-way dead heat, divided by 3 on a 3-way dead heat, and so on. It is important to note that we divide the STAKE, not the ODDS.

Forecast/Tricast betting

  • We accept forecasts on all races of 3 runners or more.
  • We accept tricasts on Handicap races of 8 runners or more.
  • If a forecast is accepted on a race with less than 3 runners, forecast bets shall be made
  • void.
  • If a tricast bet is accepted on a race where a tricast dividend is not declared, the bet shall be settled as a forecast bet on the 1st and 2nd nominated horses. This also applies to each
  • combination in combination tricast bets.
  • All bets are settled at the computer straight FC/TC dividend.
  • We allow straight bets and combination bets.
  • Where there is a dead heat, a different dividend is declared for each combination. Our
  • settlement mirrors these splits.
  • Of you place a Forecast and one of the selections subsequently becomes a non-runner, the bet will be settled as a Win Single at SP.
  • For a combination forecast containing a non-runner, the combinations involving the non-runner are reduced to a Win SP single, and any unaffected combinations remain the same. For example:

£1 Combination Forecast ABC (total stake £6). Horse A is declared as a non-runner.

AB = Win Single at SP on B

AC = Win Single at SP on C

BA = Win Single at SP on B

BC = Remains as a forecast

CA = Win Single at SP on C

CB = Remains as a forecast

  • If both horses in a forecast bet are declared as non-runners, the bet is void.
  • In a race where there is only 1 finisher, forecasts with the correct nominated 1st horse
  • will be settled as a Win SP single. All other bets will be losers.
  • If you place a Tricast bet and one of the selections is a non-runner, the bet is placed as a forecast on the remaining two selections.
  • For a combination tricast containing a non-runner, the combinations involving a

non-runner are reduced down to a forecast. For example:

£1 Combination Tricast ABC (total stake £6). Horse A is declared as a non-runner.

ABC = £1 straight forecast BC

ACB = £1 straight forecast CB

BAC = £1 straight forecast BC

BCA = £1 straight forecast BC

CAB = £1 straight forecast CB

CBA = £1 straight forecast CB

  •  If two horses in a Tricast bet are declared non-runners, the bet is settled on the remaining selection as a win single at SP.
  • In races where only 2 horses finish, tricast bets with the correct 1st and 2nd nominated horses will be settled as a straight forecast. All other bets will be settled as losers.
  • In races where only 1 horse finishes, tricast bets with the correct 1st horse nominated will be settled as a win SP single. All other bets will be settled as losers.
  • Unnamed favourites are not allowed in FC & TC bets.

Starting Price (SP)

The SP is the ‘starting price’, when placing a bet on horse racing we will be

offering a fixed odds price and a starting price (SP). This price is taken from the racetrack. With UK and Ireland horse racing when SP is chosen it doesn’t matter what the price is when the bet is placed, it is the price of the horse when the race starts that matters. This is the price we will pay out at.

Abandoned/Postponed

Bets will be void if:

  • The race is abandoned/called off;
  • The race is declared as void;
  • Any of the race conditions change;
  • Entries change;
  • If the overnight declarations do not stand, all bets are void. If a race is postponed to another date and final declarations stand, then bets which have placed remain valid. However, single bets are void. Any selection involved in multiple bet will be treated as a non-runner if:
  • The race is abandoned;
  • The race is officially declared void;
  • The conditions of the race are altered after bets are made (as defined under Tattersalls rules);
  • The venue is altered;
  • The running surface is altered (e.g. Turf to Dirt/All Weather or vice versa).

Re-scheduled Races or Meetings

If a race/meeting is moved to later in the day, or to another day and overnight declarations stand (race is not reopened) then all bets stand. If an early price has been taken on a rescheduled race, bets will revert to SP. Horses which came under Starter’s orders in the original race but do not take part in the rescheduled race will be treated as non-runners and returns on the remaining runners will be subject to Tattersalls’ Rule 4(c). If the overnight declarations do not stand, all bets are void.

Stewards Enquiry/Demoted Horses

We only settle races once a weighed in result has been called. Before the ‘weighed in’ announcement, there may be a ‘stewards enquiry’, which is an enquiry held by the racecourse stewards. It is possible for the finishing order to be amended after a stewards enquiry, which is why we only settle bets after the ‘weighed in’ announcement.

Each way Betting

An Each Way bet is made up of 2 parts: a ‘win’ bet and a ‘place’ bet. Each part is an equal

stake, for example a £10 Each Way bet will have £10 on the ‘Win' and £10 on the ‘Place' (a total stake of £20). The ‘Win' part of the bet is on the selection to win the event, and the ‘Place' part is on the selection to finish either first or in one of the predetermined places.

If the selection wins, both the ‘Win' and ‘Place' parts of the bet will pay out. But if the selection only places, the bet will lose the ‘Win' part but get paid out on the ‘Place'.

Place terms will be governed by the number of runners that come under Starters’ Orders, and not the number of runners at the time of bet placement. For example, an each-way bet struck with 8 runners in the field at the time of placement, which subsequently becomes a 7 runner race due to a non-runner or late withdrawal, will be settled at 1/4 odds 1,2.

The odds for the ‘Place' are given as a fraction of the odds for the ‘Win' and will be displayed

when bets are struck.

For bets placed each-way that result in a field size of 4 runners or less, the whole stake is

settled as win only. For multiples, bets will continue to be settled as win-win, place-place,

however the place-place part of the bet will be treated as win only, only for the race with 4 or

fewer runners.

For horse racing, the ‘Place' part of Each Way bets will be given the following Place terms

unless stated otherwise:

Non-Handicap Races:

2 - 4 Runners - Win Only

5 - 7 Runners - 1/4 the Odds 1, 2

8 or more Runners - 1/5 the Odds 1, 2, 3

Handicap Races:

2 - 4 Runners - Win Only

5 - 7 Runners - 1/4 the Odds 1, 2

8 - 11 Runners - 1/5 the Odds 1, 2, 3

12 - 15 Runners - 1/4 the Odds 1, 2, 3

16 or more Runners - 1/4 the Odds 1, 2, 3, 4

Betting Without (W/O)

Bets placed on the ‘Betting Without’ market will be settled with the ‘without’ listed runner

excluded from the result. If the named ‘without’ selection is deemed a non runner, the bets

placed on the market will remain valid and become actual race bets.

If there is a non runner in the market, bets on that particular selection will be refunded and if

relevant a rule 4 deduction applied. The rule 4 will be in line with the Tatterstall’s rule 4 table. If the market is reduced to 1 runner, the market will be voided.

Black or Red

Horses will be grouped into two separate selections, either black or red. Horses no longer run as an individual; they are part of a group of horses. The market is win only.

If there is a non runner in the market then all bets that have been placed prior to the non runner will be made void. Once a new market is formed bets can be placed again. If there is a subsequent non runner then the new bets on the market will be void again and a new market reformed.

Odd or Even

Horses are grouped by their race card/cloth number into odd or even selections. Horses no

longer run as an individually priced runner, they are part of a group of horses labelled ‘odd or

even’. The market is win only.

If there is a non runner in the market then all bets that have been placed prior to the non runner will be made void. Once a new market is formed bets can be placed again. If there is a subsequent non runner then the new bets on the market will be void again and a new market reformed.

Over or Under

For example, the line created could be ‘over or under 4.5’. When the

winner of the race is settled the race card/cloth number of the horse determines whether the

over or under line has won. This market is win only.

If there is a non runner in the market then all bets that have been placed prior to the non runner will be made void. Once a new market is formed bets can be placed again. If there is a subsequent non runner then the new bets on the market will be void again and a new market reformed.
